As a member of NCCSQA, you will receive:

- And the opportunity to be part of a group that promotes development of
quality assurance professionals.

It is time to join or renew your NCCSQA membership for 2013
If you want to be a member NCCSQA for 2013, this is your opportunity to join
Remember NCCSQA sponsors numerous educational activities for the Quality Assurance professional. These include:
- 4 Quarterly meetings
- 4 Quarterly issues of the QA Communique
- 11 Issues and Methods discussion meetings
- Access to the Members-only area on the NCCSQA website nccsqa.org. This includes a directory of NCCSQA members.
Only the Quarterly Meetings are open to non-members, but members attend at a reduced rate.
The cost of membership is modest - $25* per year, $15** for student memberships. The year runs from January 1 through December 31.

Please remember to include a description of what you are paying for on
the memo line of your check (e.g. membership dues, meeting fees, etc. Also,
if your company sends a check for you (or multiple people from your company)
please ask them to include your name.

If you would like to renew your Chapter membership online, please go to http://www.sqa.org/pv/ to pay your dues. Online transactions are safe and secure. Website accounts have been created for all Chapter members. If you do not remember your logon information, you may request a reminder at http://www.sqa.org/pv/Core/FindMePage.aspx. You will need to log in to your account to pay your Chapter dues. If you have any questions regarding online payment of your Chapter dues, please contact chapters@sqa.org.
**Student members:
Applicants for student membership rates must be part-time or full-time students, enrolled in an accredited institution, and not currently employed in the quality profession. A copy of a valid student ID or a letter from a faculty member confirming student status must accompany the membership form. Please note student memberships are non-voting memberships. Student memberships can be upgraded to full, voting membership at any time by paying the difference in dues.
